Unit SKT_Palletizer is an efficient solution from the Skilltellect team that allows to use a versatile robot manipulator instead of a human loader operator.
Our system automatically finds the boxes to palletize them (even when the boxes are being taken off the conveyor). Also SKT_Palletizer can automatically unload pallets with boxes and put boxes in specific places.
The complex consists of a robot manipulator, a box gripper element, a vision system and Skilltellect software.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE:
- Step 1.
- Completing a survey/technical specification, which gives the principle of operation including drawings/photos of boxes/bags or other units that require palletizing or de-palletizing.
- Step 2.
- Technical features discussion with Skilltellect specialists.
- Step 3.
- Selecting equipment and writing a program-algorithm for the robot. It should be noted that the parent company for Skilltellect is TM MASH LLC. We develop and make all the tooling (from trays to grippers) ourselves. Accordingly, warranty service or modification (if necessary) is carried out promptly and accurately.
- Step 4.
- Installation of the robotic cell at the customer's premises under the supervision/assistance of Skilltellect specialists.
- Step 5.
- Commissioning of the robotic cell, training of the customer's personnel to work on the robotic cell.
