Autonomous robotic welding cell
Unique autonomous robotic cell specific for tubes-to-tubes-sheets welding.
What it is and how it works:
- The complex consists of a robot manipulator, welding equipment, a working table, a vision system and the Skilltellct software.
- Depending on the modifications, the scope of delivery may also include: rotators, turntables, rail structures and other additional components.
- An operator puts the part in the work area, selects the minimum required welding parameters using interface.
- The robot examines the part, finds all the places that can be welded.
- All potential places of welding are shown in the interface.
- The operator chooses the required seams to be welded.
- The robot starts welding.
Autonomous robotic welding cell
The robotic cell is equipped with a welding table or 1-axis rotator. This unit is suitable for butt welding, tee welding, fillet welding and overlap welding of simple workpieces.
There are two options for getting access to any part of a workpiece: to flip the part manually or to use a turntable.
