This robotic cell is suitable for dimensional workpieces mounted on a table. It can provide the following processes: stripping, grinding, polishing, edge processing. Processing of products with variable thickness is possible.This robotic cell is equipped with a positioner that allows the robot to get access to any places of the 3D object.
What it is and how it works:
- The complex consists of a robot manipulator, a grinding tool, a working table, a vision system and Skilltellect software.
- An operator puts a part in the work area, selects processing parameters in the interface.
- The robot examines the part, builds processing routes by itself and starts working.
