Autonomous beveling unit

This robotic cell allows to perform bevelling (bevel cutting) with plasma or laser. There’s no need in any programming or special drawings. The only thing required is choosing what sides must to be cut using simple interface.

What it is and how it works: The complex consists of a robot manipulator, the plasma or laser cutting system (including a source, a plasmatron, etc.), a working table, a vision system and the Skilltellect software. An operator puts the part in the work area, selects the parameters for the bevel cutting (indent and angle) in the interface. The robot examines the part, builds the edge cut routes itself and starts working. Modification code: (Skt_Bevelling)
