The robotized complex consists of a Kawasaki BX200L robot, a working table with magnetic clamping, a computer vision system and the grinding tool itself with a compensating unit (compliance unit) of our own design.
The working process is:
- The workpiece is placing in the work area (randomly, without precise positioning).
- Select the parameters in the interface and press the "Start" button.
- The robot inspects the work tool and checks the integrity of the scraping disc.
- The robot inspects the work area and determines the part and builds the machining route. Completely autonomous, without programming or drawings.
- The robot grinds the part. When the process is finished - it gives a signal about the end.
All components of this system are assembled into a single solution and tested in our production.
